Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.

General Digital Products (No Refunds)

Once a digital product (including templates, toolkits, bundles, or resources) is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned.

Therefore, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any of our digital items.

All purchases are non-refundable and covered by our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, please email us at support@coachingcollection.com within 7 days of purchase and we will provide personalized support to help you get the most from your product.

We kindly ask that you contact us directly with any concerns before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider. This allows us to resolve your issue quickly and ensure you receive the full value of your purchase.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of access to Coaching Collection products and resources.
